TRANSFORMATION WITH CUSTOM FIREPLACE

Mid-Century Gem reinterprets a 1950s Livermore home through a focused renovation of the living room and entry. A traditional brick fireplace was replaced with a forward-floating design set against illuminated fluted panels, creating a clean geometric focal point that anchors the space. Simple mid-century–inspired furnishings and a classic coffee table radiate from this feature, while bright pops of orange and art add contrast. A new entry structure and original wood floors, meticulously patched and preserved, complete the refreshed mid-century character.
